We’re passionate about restorations, it’s what we love to do. We’ll help you bring your bike back to life – whether it’s a model marked as a future collector’s item or a real relic, found in some shed, we understand what it means to invest in restoration.

What to Expect

Clarity Upfront

The process of restoration is done in stages, and we’ll plan these out with you.

We start with a project brief - what you want to achieve.

We then recommended plan - building up from the essentials, we outline key milestones and project estimates. The agreed approach is the Project Scope of Works.

Any changes, like parts availability, custom machining or extended work is agreed with you in advance. Agreed changes are captured in the Scope of Works.

Within Budget

If you have a specific budget we’ll help work out what can be achieved within it. You can take on some of the work yourself, or AMAC can do the full job for you.

Project payments are spread over milestones, making it affordable and keeping the project moving forward.

Craftsmanship

We take pride in delivering outstanding quality.

Being true to a bike’s history and character may mean tracking down rare parts (we have contacts in the UK, Japan, Germany, Italy and all across Australia). If that’s not in budget (or possible), we can customise alternatives, or design and machine replacement parts.

We’ve been locals for a long time. We’ve developed long-standing relationships with the best specialists in town: painters, specialty machinists and motorcycle historians, meaning we can manage all your restoration project needs from one location.

Communication

Much of the joy of restorations is seeing your bike transform. We keep you informed along the way so you can enjoy the process of investing in motorcycle history.
