eBay Store Policy

Overview
The following sets out the Returns and Exchanges, Loss or Damage and Warranty policies that apply to goods sold via AMAC Motorcycles ("AMAC Motorcycles") eBay store online. AMAC Motorcycles is company registered and trading in Queensland, Australia, ABN: 17 707 688 693.
Returns and Exchanges
Purchases of Clearance items, Used Parts or items marked ‘As Is’ are final and not able to be exchanged or refunded. Please choose your parts carefully.
Purchases of full priced items come with a 30 day Warranty. See below Warranty terms and conditions.
Exchanges may be made for parts that are in stock provided that the original ordered Part is returned by the Customer in saleable condition, is not damaged and has not been fitted or used. AMAC Motorcycles reserves the right to refuse to exchange an item, if, upon receipt of the item and inspection the item appears damaged, marked, opened and/or has been used.
The Customer is responsible for paying any difference in an exchanged item. If the exchanged item is of lesser value than the original purchase, AMAC Motorcycles will refund the difference.
The Customer is responsible for arranging and paying for shipping of exchanged goods, including any insurance.
Loss or Damage During Shipping
AMAC Motorcycles is not liable for loss, damage or theft of items during shipping.
The Customer is responsible for arranging shipping insurance for items if desired. If insurance is required by the Customer, it must be noted at the time of purchase and a quote by the 3rd party shipping provider will be sent through for approval and payment by the Customer.
Warranty for Spare Parts
AMAC Motorcycles’ Spare Parts Warranty Policy covers free of charge replacement of a faulty product within 1 month if a necessary spare part is available in stock. Otherwise, the complaint will be redirected to the manufacturer or/and the money paid for the item will be returned to the customer’s account.
The warranty is provided for the period of 30 days from the date of the shipment to the customer.
Warranty does not cover any customer expenses for returns/replacement shipping.
Any possible product damage or loss during transportation is not covered by the warranty. We strongly recommend customers check the delivered item for compliance with your order in the presence of an authorised representative of the delivering company.
AMAC Motorcycles reserves the right to reject a customer’s warranty claim in cases specified below:
protective films and packaging and warranty seals have been removed or damaged. Please, check the product for damage before removing the protective film and seals;
the protective film or warranty seal is re-glued;
An opened product has visible marks of damage or usage;
Parts ordered were incorrect in size;
warranty period has expired;
violation of service regulations;
the product has been modified or used for unintended purposes
the product has been damaged under mechanical, thermal, electrical, etc. misusing;
the warranty doesn`t cover careless or incorrect fitment and/or usage of the item (ingress of alien fragments and liquids on spare parts or in devices, electrostatic discharge).
